Student Driven Strategy
My name is Thomas Hazewindus, I’m an Industrial Engineering and Management bachelor student. Besides my study, I have been active at my Study Association in several committees during my first two years, this year I am in the board as Secretary and Commissioner of Internal Affairs. I came to the University of Twente because I enjoyed that almost everything at the university is run by students. In my board year, I have experienced how beneficial extra-curricular activism is in the personal development of students. I would like to improve the accessibility of activism for all students by taking the wishes of students more into account in the policy making of the university.
